Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 6:00 PM PST - 3:00 AM PST

We are expanding our global NOC operations and seeking a highly skilled Tier 2 NOC Engineer to support after-hours monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation.
Role Overview
The Tier 2 NOC Engineer is responsible for proactive monitoring, resolving escalated technical issues, and ensuring uptime of critical network, server, and security infrastructure. This role requires strong hands-on experience across firewalls, networks, and server systems, as well as the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
