Tier 2 IT System Administrator (Active Top-Secret Clearance)

Overview

AMO, an Akima company, is looking to add a Tier 2 IT System Administrator with a Top Secret Clearance to support our customer at the Norfolk Naval Station (St. Juliens Creek Annex). The full‑time position will support the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) network as a Tier 2 IT System Administrator providing advanced desktop and systems support for network‑connected and standalone laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support.
• Design, implement, install, maintain, and administer infrastructure including hardware, software, and various configurations.
