Job Description

TEKsystems is looking for a motivated Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technician to join a dynamic IT team supporting end users in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do

+ Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams

+ Assist with setup, maintenance, and support of user devices and equipment

+ Support basic telephony systems (VoIP – Teams/Cisco is a plus)

+ Document incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution

+ Deliver a strong customer experience through clear communication and professionalism
