Ideagen is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (Tier 1) to be the first point of contact for customers in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You’ll troubleshoot basic technical issues, respond to support tickets, and guide users through solutions that boost their experience and success.

This onsite role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ticketing skills, with 1–2 years in similar support roles.
