This Case Manager, Thrive Newcomer Program is responsible for developing and overseeing case management for youth assigned to their case management team and for providing case management leadership and mentoring to the team. This position requires a high level of engagement with diverse populations, including youth who are newcomers, refugees, and those with precarious immigration status. A strong working knowledge of immigration systems, legal supports, settlement services, and barriers faced by newcomer youth is essential.
