Responsibilities
- Support management in daily store operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the floor
- Assist with supervising staff when senior management is absent
- Handle opening and closing procedures as required
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and general store admin
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards

- Strong customer‑service and sales ability
- Reliable, responsible and able to handle keyholder duties
- Good communication and teamwork skills
