The Sweyne Park School in Rayleigh is seeking a Thinking Reading Tutor to join their team and develop a tailored reading intervention program. This role involves working with individuals and small groups to improve reading skills under the guidance of the Literacy Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to improving students' learning outcomes. Working hours are term-time only, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £23,365 per annum.
