About the role

As our next Maintenance Supervisor to join our Project Support team, you will be leading a team responsible for performing major component and reliability shutdowns on a fleet of MT4400 Haul Trucks and associated plant equipment safely and efficiently in order to meet site maintenance schedules.

  • Work an 8/6 Roster – 12-hour shifts
  • Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring others

  • Manage and execute maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies to achieve targeted service times and schedule compliance rates

  • Ensure that work is completed within allowed budget and resources

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents in implementing safety plans

  • Play an active role in all incident investigations, and

  • Develop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships
