The Pediatric Community Rehabilitation Program operates across seven sites in Calgary and surrounding areas (Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere), providing services to children and youth aligned with provincial health priorities. If you're a dynamic Therapy Assistant (TA) who enjoys working with children, this role may be a great fit! Reporting to the Care Manager, the TA works under the supervision of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Services are grounded in best practice and patient- and family-centered care for children and youth aged 0–18 years. This role includes direct client care and clinical support, requiring initiative and sound judgment within established policies and scopes of practice. New team members are supported by Clinical Practice Leaders and supervising clinicians, with opportunities to grow and contribute to a healthy Alberta.
