Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage (body & foot) in accordance with spa standard
- Ensure high level of service standard
- Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of business premise
- Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, towel supply, etc
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently & politely
- Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager & Receptionists
