This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable young people experiencing complex mental health and behavioural challenges within a structured, therapeutic home environment.

Young Crisis Hub provides specialist, high-quality therapeutic care and support for young people experiencing mental health crises and significant emotional distress. Our service is designed to offer stability, safety, and clinical oversight during periods of heightened vulnerability.

We operate within a trauma-informed framework, recognising that behaviour is often a communication of unmet need or past trauma. Our approach is rooted in compassion, consistency, and structured therapeutic intervention to support emotional regulation, recovery, and long-term positive outcomes.
