- Position overview: The Strategic Account Manager (Engagement Manager) is responsible for building, managing, and expanding high-impact client relationships through value-based engagement, strategic thinking, and long-term account development.
- This role partners closely with Delivery leadership to ensure that complex engagements deliver sustained business value over time. The Strategic Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior and executive-level stakeholders, aligning client strategy, delivery outcomes, and account growth within large-scale enterprise environments.
The role brings strong commercial judgment to client conversations, helping shape initiatives around value, impact, and long-term partnership rather than short‑term transactions.
