We are seeking an exceptional Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Service Now unified customer engagement platform (NOW Engage) serving Expert Services and Partner consultants globally.
This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions ensuring platform integrity and performance providing hands-on technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle.
Design best-in-class scalable Service Now solutions aligned with industry standards. Lead architecture for multi-tenant NOW Engage ensuring security data isolation and performance compliance with enterprise standards regulatory requirements (GDPR CCPA).
