Become a Case Manager at The Link and support youth and families on their journey to resilience. Your role will be critical in providing resources and skills training.
With over 90 years of service, The Link needs a dedicated Case Manager to work with young adults, helping them enhance their employment skills. You’ll play a vital role in conducting assessments, advocating for participant rights, and facilitating life skills programs aimed at achieving meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement agency policies and adhere to program standards
• Coordinate youth case plans and monitor progress
• Conduct intake assessments and follow-ups with participants
• Prepare and co-facilitate employment workshops
• Serve as a role model and advocate for youth needs
