ApTask is seeking experienced Remote Recruiters to join our global team. This role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world while connecting top talent with leading companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for client job openings
  • Utilize JobDiva, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates
  • Submit at least two qualified resumes to clients daily
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Work during assigned EST or PST shift hours

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
