Job Description

The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing, and reporting on tenant fit out construction activities for mission‑critical facilities. This individual provides consistent project controls, schedule oversight, financial tracking, and technical coordination across multiple stakeholders. This is a role requiring strong communication, tech-savviness, and reporting skills.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years of commercial/industrial construction or mission critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions across multiple stakeholders & teams
