Job Purpose

To ensure that all textile materials and finished products meet company quality standards and fulfill customer requirements by conducting inspections at various stages of production within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect grey fabric, dyed fabric, printed fabric, and finished garments as per approved standards.

  2. Monitor in-line, mid-line, and final inspections during production.

  3. Ensure compliance with AQL standards, buyer specifications, and internal quality parameters.

  4. Identify defects such as weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing faults.

  5. Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection records, and defect analysis sheets.

  6. Coordinate with production, dyeing, finishing to rectify quality issues.

  7. Ensure proper fabric handling, shade continuity, GSM, width, shrinkage, and color fastness (as applicable).
