TEX Center Manager

Role Purpose Set up and lead the TEX Center (Returned Product Failure Analysis and Test Execution) to deliver fast, accurate, and actionable analysis of returned/failed products. Build a high-performing team, establish lab capabilities and processes, meet SLA commitments, reduce closure times, and drive product performance improvements through lessons learned and robust corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Act as the central node connecting TEX centers across hubs to enable effective knowledge sharing and standardization. Key Responsibilities 1) TEX Center Setup & Capability Building Define lab layout, utilities, EHS controls, and workflow aligned to product portfolios and test coverage. Specify, procure, install, and qualify test equipment and tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, X-ray, CT, environmental chambers, microscopes, rework stations, thermal imaging, data acquisition systems).
