Testing Strategy Lead (QA Transformation & AI-Enabled Quality Engineering)

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior
Testing Strategy Lead
to assess the current QA landscape, design a modern AI-enabled testing strategy, and lead transition of testing services from an incumbent vendor.

This role combines
test strategy, automation architecture, non-functional testing expertise, and transformation leadership
, with a strong focus on embedding AI into Quality Engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. QA Assessment & Target-State Design

• Review existing test strategy, tools, coverage, and maturity
• Conduct gap analysis across manual, automation, performance, and security testing
• Define target-state QA operating model (shift-left, continuous testing, AI-enabled)
• Establish quality KPIs and release gates

2. Automation & AI Integration

• Design scalable automation strategy (unit, API, ...
