Responsibilities:
Plan and execute component- and module-level tests for actuators, joints, and structural elements of humanoid robots. Select and develop appropriate testing methodologies, including static/dynamic load tests and endurance tests.Design and fabricate test rigs and fixtures for mechanical and electromechanical components. Operate and calibrate measurement systems such as force/torque sensors, strain gauges, and motion capture systems.Analyze test data to identify failure modes and recommend design or process improvements. Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant safety and quality standards.Document test procedures and results, prepare technical reports, and present findings to cross-functional development teams.Maintain and manage the testing environment, equipment, and instruments to ensure platform stability and measurement accuracy.<...
