Manage and follow up on spare parts for automation equipment used in daily operations.

Develop and execute spare parts application plans.

Set up spare parts storage locations, inspect incoming parts, conduct incoming inspections, and perform regular inventory checks.

Repair, upgrade, and maintain testing fixtures.

Debug, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on testing fixtures.

Analyse, improve, and upkeep production site testing fixtures.

Update and manage the fixture maintenance ledger.

Follow up on new fixture commissioning, factory acceptance, and ongoing improvement of testing fixtures.

Maintain and provide feedback on abnormal fixtures.

Oversee department warehouse management, including spare parts, fixtures, consumables, and golden boards.

Conduct fixed asset inventory checks.
