CoolIT Systems, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Test Specialist who will lead, oversee and support the testing and qualification of Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) systems, owning verification and validation strategies for mechanical, thermal, and fluid performance. The role involves defining test plans, supporting DFMEA and risk assessments, and overseeing reliability and stress testing including HALT, thermal cycling, vibration, and pressure/flow evaluations. The Specialist will also lead instrumentation and data acquisition strategies, perform advanced statistical analysis, and translate results into actionable design improvements. Additionally, the individual will provide technical guidance and mentorship to test engineers and technicians, collaborate with design, manufacturing, and reliability teams, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and customers.
