Job Description

WD is seeking a Test Process Engineer to optimize and improve the testing of sputtered disks in Penang, Malaysia. The engineer will drive data-driven improvements and work closely with Operations, Equipment, Quality, and R&D teams.

This position requires at least 4-5 years of manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab. Successful candidates will demonstrate problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
