Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or any related feild
3–5 years in a people or section leadership role managing planners or operations teams
Experience in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing.
Experience in test planning, test engineering, or manufacturing environment
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Section Management
Lead and manage the Test Planning section, ensuring effective workload distribution and execution.
Drive alignment between test planning, production, engineering, and customer requirements.
Provide guidance and escalation support for lot priority, urgent issues, and capacity constraints.
WIP, Capacity & Shipment Control
Oversee daily WIP and shipment downloads from CCC Web.
Monitor overall WIP vs test capacity and enforce cut loading when releases exceed available capacity.
