Test Planning Manager

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in 
  Engineering/Management or any related feild
• 3–5 years
   in a 
  people or section leadership role
   managing planners or operations teams
• Experience in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in test planning, test engineering, or manufacturing environment
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Section Management
• Lead and manage the Test Planning section, ensuring effective workload distribution and execution.
• Drive alignment between test planning, production, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for lot priority, urgent issues, and capacity constraints.
• WIP, Capacity & Shipment Control
• Oversee daily WIP and shipment downloads from CCC Web.
