We are looking for a Job Profile Technical Support Engineer II:

  • Supervision of the test network to ensure high performance. Tasks involve implementations, troubleshooting and actions, which may be related to software, hardware, internet, mobile networks, and the people hosting our devices.
  • Partner management, such as onboarding, contracts, relations and payments.
  • Shipping and customs clearance.
  • Support for our customers with SLAs.
  • Ideas and initiatives for improvements.

  • A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
