Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for planning, preparing and coordinating the operational execution of test activities (method, scope, scheduling and data)
• Contribute to the preparation and further development of test strategies and concepts, as well as release planning and quality assurance
• Lead test activities together with the test leads of the business divisions
• Coordinate and monitor test runs at group level, including issue/defect management, test tracking and reporting
• Provide risk assessments for new releases or changes
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track test progress, quality and scope
• Provide regular status updates and, when necessary, escalates matters to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with Service and Quality Management to align with the overall program schedule

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
