Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Test Manager cum Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong exposure to Treasury and FX (Foreign Exchange) systems.
About the RoleThis role will drive end-to-end test strategy, delivery governance, and agile execution, ensuring high-quality releases across treasury platforms, trading systems, and risk applications. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business, testing, and delivery, while managing stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and Technology teams.
Responsibilities Test Management & Quality Assurance- Define and implement enterprise-level test strategy for Treasury & FX platforms
- Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance)
- Lead test planning, estimation, defect management, and reporting
- Ensure coverage across:
- FX Trading (Spot, Forward, Swaps)
- Treasury products (MM, Bonds, Derivatives)
