Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 8–10+ years of proven test management experience, including significant exposure to the banking or financial services industry. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, leading large QA teams, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and delivering high-quality systems across core banking, digital channels, and enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the overall test strategy, test governance, and quality standards across multiple banking applications.
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities including system testing, integration testing, UAT support, regression testing, and production readiness.
