Test Manager

Function

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration program within a complex financial and accounting environment.

This role is critical to ensuring the quality and stability of the system ahead of a major rollout to an extended dealer network. You will work closely with an external system integrator and internal stakeholders to define, challenge, and execute a robust testing strategy.

The ideal candidate is stress-resistant, hands‑on, and confident in managing testing activities in a high‑pressure transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall test strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementation (Finance & Accounting scope)
• Organize and coordinate all test phases:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression testing
