Job Description: Test Lead – Telecom OSS/BSS & SAP (Functional + Automation + Leadership)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS testing, SAP application testing, and proven leadership in managing QA delivery for complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-6+ years of experience, including leading multi-vendor teams, driving test strategy, and ensuring quality across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution for Telecom OSS/BSS and SAP projects.
• Lead a team of testers (manual and automation) across multiple vendors and geographies.
