Test Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Testing Lead to lead end-to-end data testing activities for a large-scale migration program from legacy systems to modern data platforms. The candidate will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, ensuring data quality, and driving successful validation before go-live.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Data Testing
• Hands-on experience with Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Case preparation
• Proven experience leading data migration testing projects
• Experience working on migration from legacy systems to modern data platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead testing independently
