Responsibilities

• Manage end-end quality of application development lifecycle.
• Optimize and manage resources across the testing lifecycle.
• Plan, manage and lead the design and execution of test strategies, plans, scenarios.
• Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders.
• Establish proactive monitoring and application health dashboards and remain hands‑on on granular details.
• Provide practical insights on testing and user stories during development phase.
• Incorporate AI and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
