Job Description

Lorien’s Utilities client are currently recruiting for a Oracle HCM Functional (UAT) Test Lead to join on an inside IR35 contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create UAT and PCT test plans
  • Liaise and work closely with senior business SMEs to define the test scenarios & processes
  • Support the business testers in writing the test scripts
  • Report on test progress and engage with project management teams on key issues/blockers

Key Skills and experience:

  • Impeccable stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of HCM modules including Core‑HR, Payroll, OTL, OFS, Absence, Talent, WFS
  • Proven ability to support enterprise level business units with test prep (incl. business scenario analysis, creation & scripting) and execution
