Test Lead

Job Description:

Performance Lead with 9+ years of experience in design, development, and execution of performance testing solutions across multiple platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Load Runner, Jmeter, Neoload, Dyna trace. This role requires a strong understanding of performance engineering, test strategy, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Performance Tester skill set: Test oriented, tool experts more than process managers)

Purpose: Write Test Plan (as per-application set of Critical User Paths and defined tests - not the overall Approach) and Execute Tests, perform basic analysis of tests.

Role: Create user test scripts & Suite, execute tests, collect results, Report results (e.g., in a PowerPoint to present slow methods as shown by poor transaction response time.)
