Test Lead

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Testing Lead to lead end-to-end data testing activities for a large-scale migration program from legacy systems to modern data platforms. The candidate will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, ensuring data quality, and driving successful validation before go-live.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Data Testing

Hands-on experience with Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Case preparation

Proven experience leading data migration testing projects

Experience working on migration from legacy systems to modern data platforms

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to lead testing independently

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end Test Strategy for the program

Prepare detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios
