Test Lead

Job Summary

The Test Lead works under direct supervision of the Project Manager / Delivery Manager. Test Lead is responsible for defining, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services to business and customers. 

This role also assists in creating, executing and documenting the tests necessary to ensure that application and technical environment meets performance requirements (technical and functional) and freedom from defects.

The Test Lead drives in ensuring that testing standards are met and adhered to by using the knowledge and quality assurance methods, tools and techniques. The role will resolve, document, and report to management quality problems that arise.
