The opportunity:

Due to significant business growth, Kinetic are currently embarking on a large-scale global transformation program and looking for an experienced Test Lead with experience in implementing and integrating new products into a business environment.

This is an initial fixed term full-time contract for 12 months, however due to the scale of our transformation program will likely extend.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead the creation of test strategies, scenarios, and detailed test cases based on project scope, business requirements, and design documentation, using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA X Ray.
• Oversee and perform end-to-end test execution, ensuring accurate logging of results and defects, prioritising issues, and coordinating defect triage and retesting through to resolution.
