As a CBRE Test & Inspection Electrician, you will inspect, test, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment in assigned facilities.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
· Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
· Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes motors, controls, switches, gauges, valves, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
