Test Failure Analysis Engineer (Debug)

Overview

Involve Test environment setup (Structural, System & Software) for the account/site that meet customer product specification and operational for the site level.

Test documentation for the account/site that support Test Operation (PM, Calibration and etc) / Production (TI, Test Coverage and etc)/Audit proposes.

Test Engineering Equipment/Software development/installation/Investigation pretending to customer’s NPI/EC/RMA.

Tests on electronic products and systems or software. Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and / or software, as well as proper problem- solving techniques.

Interfaces with Upstream material Supplier/Test Equipment Vendor/Department

Test Process/Coverage Improvement

Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
