Test Environment Manager

As the Test Environment Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of non-production environments that support a predominantly automation-driven QA and testing team. Your mandate is to ensure environments are stable, compliant, and automation-ready, enabling continuous testing pipelines and supporting rigorous security protocols inherent to the financial sector. You will minimize downtime, enforce strict data governance, and ensure environments are precisely configured to mirror production for accurate automated test execution.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least 3-5 years in Test/Environment Management, specifically within Banking, Financial Services, or a heavily regulated industry. Proven experience supporting automation-heavy QA teams.
