Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of system integration and validation strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Review and analyze product requirements to identify integration and validation needs.
Define and maintain system integration specifications and test plans.
Oversee the development and deployment of automated test systems and frameworks.
Ensure timely execution of test activities and delivery of detailed validation reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
