POSITION: TEST ENGINEERING MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: Rosario, Cavite

WORK SCHEDULE: 5x a week, compressed workweek

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Full-Time/Permanent

JOB SUMMARY: The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to strategically bridge the gap between NPD/Industrialization Team, Manufacturing Engineering and Equipment reliability. This role mainly focuses on optimizing Test processes, improving Yield, and maximizing Production equipment uptime through Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives. Responsibility includes making sure production ATEs follow Test Specifications set by Design Engineers, and all Tester-related documentation is up to date.
