**Test Planning & Execution**
+ Independently plan, develop, and execute test programs for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation testing, component validation, and full prototype system testing of grid-scale inverters, battery energy storage systems, and similar power conversion equipment
+ Define test objectives, acceptance criteria, and test sequences aligned with product requirements and applicable standards
+ Set up and configure HIL simulation environments; interface with real-time simulation platforms (e.g., RTDS, OPAL-RT, Typhoon HIL) to model grid and system behavior
+ Conduct electrical, mechanical, and functional testing of power conversion hardware including inverters, converters, and battery management systems
+ Operate high-power test equipment including power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, and grid simulators
