Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise at the component level. The ideal candidate has worked in a manufacturing environment—preferably within the aerospace, marine, or advanced manufacturing industries—and brings a solid understanding of both analog and digital systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and support to design, develop, and execute innovative testing processes for complex systems and components supporting critical programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective test and troubleshooting methods for systems and equipment throughout all phases of product development and manufacturing.
• Author, edit, and maintain test procedures, documentation, and process changes related to assigned products.
