Key Objective
As a Test Analyst, you are expected to handle multiple QA projects/tasks and adhere to Chubb’s standard project implementation process with minimal supervision. Provide prompt updates on testing progress to supervisor and project key stakeholders. Identify and propose ways to constantly improve testing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Understand the business requirements of projects or system enhancement requests. Provides input on the test strategy, test plan and test estimates. Identify test data requirements and prepare test data prior testing starts. Work with project team to identify the test environment and coordinate for testing support. Plan and design the test requirements, develop test scripts. Perform test execution for both functional and non-functional, update test results, report and track defects until closure.
