Test Engineer – Loads, Complete Vehicle Durability

Responsibilities

• Support test development and execution for vehicle durability, including instrumentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement of validation processes.
• Develop test plans and technical reports.
• Define instrumentation points and perform signal analysis (strain gauges, accelerometers).
• Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of strength of materials, machine elements, metallic material fatigue, and mechanical vibrations.
• Proactive, hands‑on profile with high autonomy, technical rigor, and the ability to act assertively in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems, as well as driving continuous improvement of validation processes.
