What you'll do

  • Own the test automation strategyfor ST/SIT, defining what to automate and how.
  • Lead the automation framework(e.g., Robot Framework + Playwright) and keep it scalable and reusable across projects.
  • Apply AI in testing for faster test design, scripting, data creation, and results analysis.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD, ensuring reliable smoke/sanity and regression runs with clear reporting.
  • Guide and mentor the team, review automation work, and drive best practices and standards.
