Responsibilities

  • Monitor overall ICT, FCT, debug and rework area, confirm that testers are in good condition.
  • Monitor testers performance, analyze and solve any problem that occurs.
  • Analyze high reject issue, study the root cause and provide feedback.
  • Check, verify and analyze Daily Test Yield reports.
  • Develop improvement plan for overall ICT, FCT & debug inventory.
  • Deal with suppliers for equipment calibrations, services and spare part orders.
  • Responsible for any new product testing and buy‑off activities.
  • Preparing and updating formats & WI.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience in testing and debug related work.
