What You Will Do

  • Responsible for completing all related resources (Equipment, Fixture, PCB, Procedure) in preparation before launch testing.
  • Review test plan with local/global team and manage test projects according to lab workflow, ensure project testing completion on time.
  • Lead test failure analysis and support PDE to close 8D report.
  • Ensure test methods correctly, align with global labs testing procedure, and ensure all execution processes are based on relevant guiding documents (SOP).
  • Some degrees risk and resource assessment capabilities, along with a strong quality awareness.
  • Review and summery test data/results.
  • Communicate with commercial lab for outsource testing.
  • Initiate and lead the development of new capabilities.
  • Train test engineer/technicians on testing procedures.
  • Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
